Project Management

We follow a variety of different project management methodologies to achieve a successful project outcome.

1. Project conception and initiation

We are part of the idea making process of projects and carefully examined to determine whether or not the project benefits the organisation/s. During this phase, we work closely with a decision making team which identifies if the project can realistically be completed.

2. Project definition and planning

We work with a project plan and/or project scope may be put in writing, outlining the work to be performed. During this phase we prfioritize the project, calculate a budget and schedule, and determine what resources are needed.

3. Project launch or execution

Resources’ tasks are distributed and teams are informed of responsibilities.

4. Project performance and control

We compare project status and progress to the actual plan, as resources perform the scheduled work. During this phase we adjust the schedules if needed or do what is necessary to keep the project on track.

5. Project close

After project tasks are completed and the client has approved the outcome we evaluate the necessary topics to to highlight project success and/or learn from project history.
